What is the Secret To Tender Ribs?

If you want tender fall off the bone ribs you have to consider cooking them slow and low.

Whether in the oven, on a smoker, or grilled cooking at a slow and low temperature allows the ribs to remain juicy and succulent giving you that fall of the bone texture everyone loves.

Today's recipe we cooked the ribs for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. then transferred the ribs to the grill to finish them off for about 15 minutes over a low flame just enough to get that classic kissed by the grill charred flavor.

If you don't want the hassle of finishing on the grill, you can also set the oven to a low broil to get the same effect.

Simply remove foil and broil on low until lightly charred then glaze with marinade and cover back with aluminum foil allowing to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Wrapping rib rack tightly in aluminum foil is a great way to ensure a juicy moist fall of the bone result.
